With more than 25 years of experience in insurance client service and supporting investment clients, Connie is often the first person clients turn to for assistance. Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to helping clients navigate important financial decisions, she has built lasting relationships through her dedication to providing a seamless and personalized service experience.
Connie oversees the firm's insurance operations, including life, disability income, and long-term care insurance processing, while also coordinating insurance licensing and administrative functions. In addition, she assists clients with account transfers, contributions, distributions, and a wide range of service requests, ensuring that every transaction is handled accurately and efficiently.
Following her graduation from Bay State Junior College with an Associate Degree in Business Administration, Connie began her career in the financial services industry. In 1995, she earned the prestigious Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation, recognizing her expertise and commitment to professional excellence in financial services.
Outside of the office, Connie enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and extended family. She also enjoys reading, cooking, volunteering, and traveling.
