Director of Operations Connie Grady is tasked with managing all insurance needs at CarrThaxton Financial Group. In addition to processing life, disability, and long-term care applications, she coordinates insurance licensing and new account set up with LPL. Connie is also the person clients can turn to for assistance with their transfers, contributions, and distributions.
Following her graduation from Bay State Junior College, where she earned an associate’s degree in Business Administration, Connie began to pursue a career in the financial field. She has now worked in insurance client service for over 25 years and investment client service for over 10 years. In 1995, Connie was officially certified with the Fellow Life Management Institute for the Financial Services Industry.
Outside of work, Connie enjoys the company of her husband, two sons, and extended family. She also makes time in her schedule for some of her favorite hobbies, including reading, cooking, volunteering for the PTO, and, of course, traveling.
